As the Director of Development at Outpost Management I had the pleasure of collaborating with Vincent Stokes for the design and fit-out of a high-end gym and pet spa within our market-leading build-to-rent development, Enclave: Kinds Cross. VincentStokes was instrumental in the delivering of a huge refurbishment programme for both Fareham Leisure Centre and Holly Hill Leisure Centre. The £6.8 million investment was a significant investment for the Council, so it was crucial for it to be delivered despite the challenges of COVID. Fareham Borough Council was delighted with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend VincentStokes for similar projects.

VincentStokes have been our delivery partner over the past 15 years. Hobbledown was never going to be an easy task – however, they successfully managed us through planning, design development/ coordination and delivery. As a team we’ve navigated our way through the scheme alongside a pandemic and the challenges of Brexit!
