VincentStokes are proud to continue our long term relationship with YO! Sushi and have recently completed the Canterbury site which is now open to trade and includes a full new offering to the city.

The site is strategically located in the city centre opposite the Cathedral which resulted in all deliveries to and from site having to be completed prior to 10am. The works included the removal of an existing unit and bringing everything up to current fire regulations. The fit out works include new M&E facilities, cooker line, feature walls, ceilings and bespoke joinery and was all completed within the agreed programme, despite being in a multi-tenanted building with residents above.
