As the Director of Development at Outpost Management I had the pleasure of collaborating with Vincent Stokes for the design and fit-out of a high-end gym and pet spa within our market-leading build-to-rent development, Enclave: Kinds Cross. VincentStokes was instrumental in the delivering of a huge refurbishment programme for both Fareham Leisure Centre and Holly Hill Leisure Centre. The £6.8 million investment was a significant investment for the Council, so it was crucial for it to be delivered despite the challenges of COVID.
