VincentStokes worked closely with the Client to navigate the difficult planning conditions on the site, buildability and manage all third-party specialists that is so critical in this type of project. Under a design & build contract, we were responsible for delivering the brand new clubhouse that included an extensive food & beverage offering, reception, toilets and back-of-house facilities. The driving range was developed alongside all third-party specialists which VincentStokes managed throughout the overall delivery.
