Every quarter we all look forward to the Site Managers Meeting and this year we have been focusing on wellbeing and personnel development. So our second meeting of the year was hosted by MotivAction at Church Farm, Ardeley where the team were put through their paces with some bush craft activities – building fires, camps, skinning rabbits, making bread – true Bear Grylls style!
