By working closely with the operations team we ensured the refurbishment of the gym, bar, changing area and toilets had the least impact possible on members. We believe up front planning of the phasing and logistics of any operational refurbishment project is essential to its success. Once this is agreed between the stakeholders it is clearly communicated to the members. Our flexible approach and understanding of the Nuffield brand and quality benchmarks that are required enabled the project to be handed over on time and budget.
