VincentStokes have completed the new beautifully designed residential Pool and Spa in South Quay Plaza for Berkeley Homes which is now in full operation to the residents. Designed by Foster + Partners, the scheme includes new bespoke stainless steel lap pool and vitality pools from Sweden. Complimented by an experience shower, steam and sauna rooms all with associated wet change areas.

The over-all scheme, which combined with the gym, treatment and changing rooms in the South Tower, provides a great private facility in the heart of Canary Wharf, which has all be delivered on a logistically challenging site throughout the Pandemic. Works included a full fit out of all spaces over two floors with intricate detailing to all area’s to create a clean and polished finish throughout.
