We have recently completed a fantastic, new hot yoga studio at The Third Space health club at Tower Bridge.

The studio has a timber floor, mirrors, ballet bar etc. but the big difference comes when the room is heated up to around 40 degrees and humidity is pumped into the studio atmosphere to enhance to the yoga experience.
