The Major Projects sector are delighted to announce the successful delivery and opening of the Battersea Power Station residents gym. Battersea Power Station Development Company engaged VincentStokes to assist with a major value engineering exercise which successful reduced the cost by circa 20%.

The project was delivered in 33 weeks within the logistically challenging £8 billion Battersea Power Station regeneration/ redevelopment scheme.

This boutique facility includes a fabulous level deck pool, spa, sauna, steam room, experience shower, ‘chill out’ lounge area and high end changing facilities, state-of-the-art gym, studio and personal PT area, atmospheric treatment rooms and meeting/juice bar areas.
