It was great to meet up with our partnered supply chain this week and share some of the fantastic client feedback we have received. We have been developing our partnered supply chain for the last fifteen years, working together to provide solutions, unlike a more typical contractual subcontract set up.

At VincentStokes we operate Lean Construction Techniques and therefore our whole supply chain is very experienced in collaborative planning which we do on a regular basis throughout our projects. We also like to pay our suppliers on time, promote collaborative planning and long term repeat business relationships, which benefits everyone.
